The writer's life has been making great movies: Truman Capote, now Grace Metalious. The truly awesome Michelle Tea (left) dropped by to talk up her new book "Rose of No Man's Land." I asked her if her life was made into a movie, who would play her. She responded, "Zooey Deschanel. She's really wonderful and great to look at."Michelle, Zooey (right) ain't got half of what you got.

I would choose Jason Phoon.
I so wanted to go to that event, but I was out of town (in Michelle's NorCal stomping ground, ironically). Damnit. But yeah, she's great.
