Hmm... O negative can be given to any patient. But what's the boy, a hemophiliac? Or maybe he's being bitten by a vampire... or he's a cutter. I'm curious.

He bleeds but the reasons are unclear. Hemophilia is suggested as a possible reason.
I went to high school with a Filipino guy who was as hemophiliac who was limited to non-contact sports.
